Planning for Density Under the New Human Settlements Policy in Zimbabwe

The Government of Zimbabwe formulated the National Human Settlements Policy to address urbanisation and housing challenges in the country.  Among the provisions of the policy are the call to densify cities as an approach towards sustainable urban development and better housing provision.
